Job Description:

This is a permanent role, open due to business growth, reporting into the CFO. This job opportunity for a Billing Specialist would mostly be an office-based position.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Familiarity with accounting software systems, preferably Acumatica
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and organization
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required
