Job Description:

This is a permanent role, open due to business growth, reporting into the CFO. This job opportunity for a Billing Specialist would mostly be an office-based position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems, preferably Acumatica
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and organization
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required
