Job Description:

Robert Half is currently seeking a Bilingual Release of Information Clerk to join one of our industry leading healthcare clients. The position focuses on release of medical records, safeguarding protected healthcare information, and providing excellent patient experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Greet patients and visitors within the office
Assist patients, guardians, legal professionals, and medical professionals with the process of requesting medical records
Review release of information requests for accuracy and required information
Release records to authorized personnel
Answer phone calls regarding the release of information process
Other responsibilities to be assigned

Requirements:

1+ years of Medical Records or Release of Information experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with EMR systems
Next of kin verification a plus
