Job Description:

We are looking for a contract Bilingual Receptionist in Boise, Idaho. This contract role requires a detail-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent organizational and communication skills. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment
Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars for staff and meetings
Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient record-keeping
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare documents, manage schedules, and handle communications
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity in all interactions

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
Demonstrated experience in customer service roles
Competence in data entry and handling email correspondence
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage files and schedules effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism and collaboration
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
