We are looking for a dedicated Spanish speaking, Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear explanations regarding product options and associated charges
Open and manage trouble tickets to address and resolve specific customer issues
Navigate customer service systems effectively to ensure accurate and timely assistance
Follow established procedures to address routine problems, seeking guidance when necessary
Meet and maintain call center metrics, including quality scores and performance benchmarks
Encourage customers to utilize self-service tools such as online platforms and applications
Inform customers about promotions, upgrades, and special offers
Provide accurate rate quotes and promote prepayment options to customers
Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish, required
Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to research and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
Proficiency in quoting rates and explaining service options
Nice to have:
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is a plus
