We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with strong organizational and communication skills. This position will support daily office operations and assist in various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Translate documents and communications between Spanish and English
Support colleagues and executives with planning and organizing meetings
Maintain contact lists and prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
