Job Description:

The Bigdata PySpark Developer will be responsible for contributing to application systems analysis and programming activities. The role involves working on large development projects with global teams, analyzing and enhancing systems, and developing applications within the Big Data ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and define necessary system enhancements
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups
Recommend programming solutions
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages to design specifications
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
Conduct testing and debugging
Serve as an advisor or coach to new/junior analysts
Resolve issues and recommend solutions
Operate with limited supervision
Act as an SME to senior stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

4-7 years of overall experience in Development
2-4 years in Bigdata Ecosystem
Strong programming experience in PySpark
Intermediate SQL knowledge
Python programming language and PySpark expertise
Expertise in Big Data – Hadoop, Hive
Problem-solving and coding skills
Intermediate Jupyter notebook knowledge
Intermediate Unix Shell Scripting knowledge
Intermediate GIT and JIRA knowledge
Experience working on large development projects with global teams
Ability to work independently with minimal support
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
