Job Responsibility:

  • Presents the Elderplan Benefit Package to 65+ population in order to enroll eligible participants into the plan in accordance to Elderplan & MJHS strategic goals
  • Presents Elderplan Benefits package to prospects in their home and at other locations in the community
  • Enrolls members in accordance with Elderplan, Medicare + Choice, Medicaid, New York State and AAHP Guidelines

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • managed care/health care experience is a plus
  • Automobile & active Drivers License preferred for travel within an assigned territory
  • NYS Accident and Health Insurance Agent License required
  • Excellent communication, group presentation skills a must, listening, superior selling skills
