Job Description:

First impressions are everything. Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver services that guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, creating memorable and unique experiences from start to finish. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver wide range of services guiding guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of local area
Ensure transactions feel like part of the experience
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to handle objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
