Job Description:

As a Bellman at JW Marriott Residences Grand Marina Saigon, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable and unique experience for guests through every stage of their stay. You will be responsible for delivering thoughtful services, addressing guest needs, and upholding Marriott's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their arrival and departure experiences
meet operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure a memorable and unique guest experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to handle tasks weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 75 pounds with assistance
ability to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, maintain professional personal appearance, and ensure professional communications.
