Job Description:

Bellman position at W Hollywood, responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling luggage, providing property information, arranging transportation, and ensuring exceptional guest service while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours
Explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to/from rooms
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests in/out of vehicles with luggage
Supply guests with directions
Arrange transportation (taxicab, shuttle, limousine)
Record advance transportation requests
Communicate parking procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Maintain awareness of undesirable persons
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Speak clearly and professionally
Answer telephones with proper etiquette
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
Physical ability to move at required speed (run, walk, jog)
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Navigate stairs and service ramps
Reach overhead and below knees with bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
