Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a memorable and unique start-to-finish experience for guests. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, or sharing local area highlights, they ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
interact with guests in a professional manner

Requirements:

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Nice to have:

Valid Manitoba Driver's License
