In this role, the Bell Clerk will manage guest requests, oversee parking-related procedures, address safety and security concerns, and provide professional customer service in a luxury hospitality setting. Job Responsibility:
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly
contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest call, request, or problem
dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels
notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft
follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
read and verify information in various formats
move, lift, carry, or place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
