Job Responsibility:

  • Completing comprehensive functional assessments
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing person-centred PBSPs
  • Supporting participants with complex needs, including restrictive practice considerations
  • Collaborating with families, support workers, coordinators, medical, and allied health professionals
  • Providing training, coaching, and practical guidance to support teams
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation that meets NDIS and Commission requirements
  • Contributing to a positive, reflective, and evidence-based team culture

Requirements:

  • Is a suitable approved Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission (Core / Proficient / Advanced welcomed)
  • Holds tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Education, or a related field
  • Has strong report writing and critical thinking skills
  • Is compassionate, curious, and grounded in positive behaviour support
  • Can work independently but values being part of a team
  • Holds a driver’s licence and can travel locally as needed
