Randstad is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Manager to join our team in Liverpool. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students through strategic behaviour management.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage behavioural interventions and support strategies across the school
Develop, implement, and monitor behaviour management plans tailored to individual and group needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address and resolve behavioural issues
Provide guidance and training to staff on effective behaviour management techniques
Track and analyse behavioural data to inform strategies and improve student outcomes
Requirements:
Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies
Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one)
