Job Description:

Randstad is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Manager to join our team in Liverpool. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students through strategic behaviour management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage behavioural interventions and support strategies across the school
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behaviour management plans tailored to individual and group needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address and resolve behavioural issues
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on effective behaviour management techniques
  • Track and analyse behavioural data to inform strategies and improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
