Job Description:

Oak Street Health's Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program that emphasizes short-term solution-focused therapy within a collaborative care model. The program includes clinical supervision, building knowledge of evidence-based practices, and opportunities to improve health outcomes for older adults.

Job Responsibility:

Building knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications
Earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker
Engaging in didactic content focusing on graduate training

Requirements:

Genuine passion for behavioral health
A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults
Embracing teamwork and collaboration
Willing to work in the assigned location for the program duration
Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program
Active, non-probationary state lower level social work license by fellowship start date
