Behavior technician

• Implement, record and summarize data for prescribed client's individualized treatment and behavior protocols
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions, including discrete trial teaching, natural environment teaching, incidental teaching and social skills training
• Assist with family and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment and behavior protocols
• Effectively communicate with families and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Utilize safe & appropriate crisis management procedures when working with clients
• Collaborate with treatment team including client, families and caregivers, outside professionals, Behavior Technician, ABA Interns and co-workers

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience in special education, developmental disabilities, or respite care
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• Personal auto insurance per SBH guidelines
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire

Experience in autism, respite care, working with DDD population, special education, or general behavioral health experience
