Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic and inspiring Behavior Technician to join our Southwest Autism Center of Excellence team. This location provides services to adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout his/her lifespan. The position is located at the Metro or Mesa OP Clinic, this individual will provide services in-home. The Technicians will with a set schedule, 40 hours a week. The Technician serves as a central support with supervision from a BCBA, utilizing ABA principles and other evidence-based practices. This staff interacts with members participating in daily programming that will include, but not limited to, meal planning, self-care, independent living and social skills. There are many opportunities to participate in community outings and facilitation of one-on-one and group treatment sessions.

  • Coordinates with other program staff to ensure program consistency

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
  • A High School Diploma/GED and two years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Valid AZ driver’s license, and Motor Vehicle clearance
  • Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
