Job Description:

This is an opportunity to be part of a unique Spa team at W Brisbane's AWAY SPA, designed for W guests who want to look good and feel good with a healthy and lasting inner and outer glow. The position replaces traditional spa constraints with the freedom and fun of W, trading wind chimes and chants for modern social environments.

Job Responsibility:

Curating originality
Bringing the W experience to life for guests
Working in AWAY SPA's modern social environment
Providing Beauty and Spa services
Upselling and promoting retail sales

Requirements:

At least 1 year Beauty and Spa experience
preferably versatile skill set within a luxury environment
Confidence and skills to upsell and promote retail sales / Beauty and Spa services
Passion for the Beauty and Spa industry
Learn, think and grow with new exciting product ranges, Spa experiences and equipment
Maintain current skills and hold a recognised Beauty Therapy Diploma or Certificate 3-4
Demonstrate a proven track record of knowledge and experience relevant to the position
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a high attention to detail
