Job Description:

Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant responsible for providing beauty services, personalized product advice, and ensuring customers have a world-class beauty advisor experience at CVS Health stores.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs
Provide various paid beauty services
Educate customers on product usage and benefits
Manage time between consultations and services
Maintain product displays and promotional materials
Participate in sales programs and events
Maintain clean and well-stocked work area
Ensure compliance with sanitation policies

Requirements:

Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state
Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times
Must demonstrate ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services
Must pass all required skills assessments and training courses
Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work flexible retail schedule
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty
Bi-lingual ability to speak both English and Spanish
