Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced BAS Programmer for a time-sensitive building automation project in Memphis, TN. This is a critical role supporting a full controls upgrade, including new system programming, integrations, and front-end graphics. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in JCI Facility Explorer (FX) and Niagara 4, with strong hands-on experience configuring and integrating JACE controllers under compressed timelines. This role requires immediate availability and the ability to execute independently with minimal ramp-up.

Job Responsibility:

  • Program and configure BAS systems using JCI Facility Explorer (FX)
  • Configure, integrate, and commission JACE controllers
  • Duplicate and deploy VAV applications efficiently across the system
  • Link control points, networks, and field devices
  • Build, edit, and refine BAS graphics and front-end views
  • Perform integration work within Niagara, including third-party systems as required
  • Support full controls upgrade efforts, including: Controller programming, System integration, Front-end and graphics development
  • Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and validation during system rollout
  • Collaborate with installers and commissioning personnel to resolve field issues
  • Maintain clean, documented, and scalable programming standards

Requirements:
