Bartender position at Curious bar within W Melbourne hotel, focused on creating epic moments for guests in a multi-award-winning venue. The role requires mixing drinks while building unique experiences, staying current with trends, and acting as a host who takes broad ownership of guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks and build memorable experiences
Stay updated on new trends and micro-local offerings
Act as host of the bar space
Take ownership of guest service broadly
Ensure bar looks and functions flawlessly
Build relationships across hotel and community
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Be passionate about guest service experience
Maintain attention to detail in transactions, information, and drink quality

Requirements:

Experience in a dynamic bar setting
Proactive and upbeat demeanor
Keen to take on new challenges and grow within career
Current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) license
Polished professionalism with audacious creativity
Playful individual passionate in creating memorable guest experiences
