Job Description:

The bartender is responsible for creating and serving all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner in premium bars located within the Everton stadium on matchdays. To ensure the smooth delivery of all premium beverage services within the new Everton Stadium located on Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool to all our clients and customers. This is a role for someone who is passionate, knowledgeable, focuses on the guest experience each matchday and shows considerable attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Follow health & safety in the heart of everything you do and lead a health & safety culture
  • ensure you are fully aware of the importance of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match-days
  • act with a sense of urgency to assist guests and team members
  • ensure any extra stock required is communicated with manager/supervisor
  • undertake any other duty deemed reasonable by management to meet the demands of the business
  • make an outstanding guest experience in all premium outlets in the stadium
  • proactively engage with guests and clients on match-days to ensure a first-class premium experience is delivered
  • support with addressing any guest or client feedback promptly on match-day and passing on any feedback to supervisor/manager to implement improvements where necessary
  • ensure all match day procedures are maintained and monitored, and all stock sheets are assed throughout the day, making sure stock transfers, wastage, are checked and signed off

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations
  • strong attention to detail and organisation
  • basic bar knowledge of setting up stations and breakdown responsibilities
  • basic cocktail knowledge, allergens, drink preparation and garnishes
  • good knowledge of the cocktail/wine/food menu and be able to pair and make recommendations
  • standard knowledge of restaurant and bar efficiency
  • strong attention to detail, structured and methodical
  • flexible & adaptable approach to working hours/duties
  • calm and resilient, not deterred by an unforeseen challenge, problem solving and effectively be a team player
