Job Description:

At St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Marriott is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare beverages, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to company safety policies. Join a global team dedicated to creating bespoke experiences with the iconic St. Regis brand.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare drink orders for guests according to recipes
Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tools
Process payments and complete cashier duties
Secure liquor and storage areas
Follow safety regulations and complete required training
Offer excellent guest service and communicate professionally
Maintain quality standards and collaborate with the team.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills
Ability to adhere to safety and company policies.
