Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks
Build memorable and unique experiences
Monitor and anticipate guests’ evolving needs
Take ownership of guest service
Build relationships across the hotel and local community
Ensure a flawless bar function
Ensure professional appearance and confidentiality
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Create a safe workplace

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience

Nice to have:

Passionate about guest service experience
Eye for detail
Knowledge and expertise in beverages
