Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled bartender that is well versed in cocktails to work 15-25 hours a week on the Alcotraz experience. Primary need will be for Fridays + Saturdays with some midweek evening hours too.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare the experience cocktails
Deliver top-tier guest service with attention to allergies, taste, and timing
Maintain bar setup – clean and prepare stations before/after shifts

Requirements:

Cocktail basic experience – confident creating classic drinks under pressure
Strong communication – friendly and attentive
Operational focus – organized, punctual, and attentive to detail
Physical stamina – able to stand, serve, and lift during fast-paced shifts
Flexible availability – evenings/weekends preferred
