Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Provide high quality service to all guests
Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
Promote teamwork and contribute to creating friendly and safe work environment
I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Outgoing and social personality
Eye for detail
Passion for service with positive, can-do attitude
Team-player mindset
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and move at fast pace for long periods
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary
