Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to brand standards
  • Creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere and offering drink recommendations
  • Setting up, maintaining, and closing down the bar to high presentation standards
  • Managing bar prep, stock rotation, and organisation
  • Handling payments and till operations accurately
  • Working collaboratively with restaurant and events teams to deliver seamless service
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, hygiene standards, and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality-led bar, restaurant, or hotel
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills
  • Calm, professional approach during busy service periods
