Job Description:

Bartenders at W Dubai - The Palm are responsible for crafting unique guest experiences by blending great service with their expertise in drinks, trends, and local influences. They maintain high standards for organization, guest engagement, and flawless delivery of the bar’s operations.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks
Building a unique and memorable experience for guests
Providing outstanding guest service
Upholding company policies and standards
Anticipating and responding to guest needs
Handling bar tasks such as organizing and managing money flow
Maintaining bar functionality at a high standard.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Must maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance
Must follow company policies and procedures.

Nice to have:

Passion for guest service experience
Knowledge of new trends and micro-local offerings
Eye for detail.
