Job Description:

Prepare and serve drinks at the rooftop bar of JW Marriott Anaheim Resort while providing excellent hospitality and upholding company standards. Maintain bar cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare drink orders for guests according to recipes using measuring systems
set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tools
stock ice, glassware, and supplies
wash soiled glassware
process payment methods and complete cashier duties
secure liquors and storage areas
perform closing duties
follow safety policies and report accidents
welcome and acknowledge all guests
maintain positive working relationships
adhere to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and move through uneven or confined spaces
maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
