Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at the prestigious V&A Museum Members' Room. Full-time position (5 out of 7 days). We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service
Prepare alcohol, non-alcohol beverages, hot drinks
Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
Ensure that safety standards are followed at all times
Taking orders, making coffees, running food and looking after sections
Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Requirements:

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is essential
A smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential
Able to work weekends and late evening shifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
