Barista

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, cold brews, and other specialty beverages
• Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences
• Café Operations: Help maintain a clean and organized café environment. Assist with keeping workstations, equipment, and the dining area clean and well-stocked
• Expediting Orders: Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure quick service and satisfaction. Assist with order fulfillment and communication with customers
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other baristas and café staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Dartcor's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

• Prior barista experience or customer-facing experience in a café environment is preferred but not required
• Strong proficiency in making coffee beverages, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and team members
• A team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks in the café
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety standards

Experience with latte art is a plus
