Job Description:

Barista position at Marriott Cancun An All-Inclusive Resort, responsible for complete closing duties, maintaining work areas, ensuring cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing professional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas
Set up, stock, maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, silver
Maintain cleanliness throughout the day
Follow company safety and security policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Speak professionally
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Adhere to quality standards
Read and verify information in various formats

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Grasp, turn, manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
Move over sloping, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
