Job Description:

We are looking for people who are keen to develop their skills and knowledge of working in housing, or those with previous experience who are looking to use their skills and knowledge in a flexible way to join our Bank team. We work in partnership with Somerset, North Somerset and Mid Devon Councils to deliver a number of supported accommodation options for young people aged 16-24 and those 18+ who are experiencing homelessness and/or rough sleeping. As a Bank Accommodation & Support Enabler, you'll excel in maintaining precise records of support for a dedicated case load, offering guidance on all facets of independent living. Additionally, you'll oversee individual rent accounts, supporting residents in budgeting to ensure the sustainability of successful tenancies.
