Balance Sheet Control Lead Analyst

• Development/maintenance of project plans, requirements definition, acceptance testing
• general project management in support of change implementation
• successful implementation of projects per business requirements, maintaining data integrity and security at the highest standard
• working closely with technology identifying and assessing solutions/requirements to implement best in class approaches to meet business needs
• processing, analysis and presentation of data in support of risk management and management decisions

• Bachelor’s degree required
• certification or Master’s degree in relevant field a plus
• 6-10 years of experience in financial services field/Risk and Control field
• excellent management presentation skills (PowerPoint, Project plan and Status reporting, Executive presence)
• excellent project management and organizational skills
• outstanding relationship building and management skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on advanced MS Excel
• ability to balance multiple initiatives within a portfolio of concurrent projects
• understanding BSS process flows, risk analysis/mitigation, and ensuring controls are in compliance with all internal guidelines/requirements
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• experience with pivot tables, charts, and data visualization

Certification or Master’s degree in relevant field a plus
