Job Responsibility:

  • Assess requests and provide assistance and information on products
  • Prioritize and respond to incoming calls, emails, and Team requests
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered
  • Take ownership of any general customer inquiry, allocate and confirm resolution for customer
  • Assist in the preparation and management of regularly scheduled reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally
  • Accurately provide and modify product price sheets for customers and department heads
  • Uphold professional standards in department and customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making, sound judgment
  • Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
