Job Description:

Prepare and bake food items while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and strict compliance with recipes and company protocols. Maintain positive relationships and collaboration with team members.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists
Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use
Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods
Follow food safety handling policies and procedures
Wash and disinfect kitchen area
Set-up and break-down work stations
Monitor food quality and portions
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Comply with quality expectations and standards
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1-year related work experience
No supervisory experience
None.
