Full-time Baker position available with competitive salary. Work in a dynamic team in Carlton NSW 2218. You will be responsible in managing daily production – from fresh dough to final bake.
Job Responsibility:
Be able to perform all baking functions. Mixing, processing and baking
Scaling and mixing of doughs, hand shaping of doughs
Maintain stock levels and oversee ingredient ordering
Assists with other bakery duties as needed
Performing efficiently in a high-paced environment while upholding exceptional quality standards
Ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, with a solid understanding of commercial baking and kitchen equipment
Communicating clearly and effectively with kitchen management and team members
Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
Requirements:
Relevant qualification or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year of work experience on relevant position
Hardworking and reliable
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to have:
HACCP knowledge
