Job Responsibility:

  • prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
  • perform related preparation duties as required
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the bakery area
  • follow safety and food handling procedures
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • perform heavy lifting tasks
  • work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Requirements:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform heavy lifting
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
  • good visual and auditory acuity
  • food handler card or equivalent certification
  • experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
  • ability to follow standardized recipes
  • good physical stamina
