Backend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features
• Build scalable microservices and event-driven architectures
• Ensure high availability and performance of backend systems
• write clean, testable, and maintainable code with unit and integration tests
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real-time during testing phases
• contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Proficiency in REST API design, development & integration
• Security best practices in backend development
• Solid grasp of Unit Testing and TDD
• Exposure to Kafka or similar messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Strong experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot
• Solid knowledge of Git and version control best practices
• Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools
• Cloud environment familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure—any is welcome)
