Job Description:

Hands-on backend project development opportunities. Flat reporting structure | Small team size | Strong internal career advancement opportunities. Japanese NOT required (fluency in English OR Japanese).

Job Responsibility:

Hands-on backend project development opportunities

Requirements:

Backend Development: 3+ years of experience: Java (Spring Boot) with strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Cloud & Security: Proficiency with AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS) and experience implementing secure systems using OAuth 2.0, authentication protocols, and AWS IAM
Performance Optimization & CI/CD: Skills in optimizing API responses and database queries (e.g., caching strategies) and hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for deployment
Language: Native level in either Japanese or English
more language ability is always a plus
