We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious B2B Sales Team Lead to join our Bolt Business team in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll be the player-coach leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment, among others.
Job Responsibility:
Leading a team of Sales Executives and helping them achieve their individual goals
Negotiating and closing bigger deals, leading the line for your market and working on Tier 0 to Tier 2 deals
Managing your own sales pipeline and building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities
Working closely with the Senior Country Sales Manager and sharing market feedback with our product team on Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop them
Monitoring our competition and keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry
Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes, and ensuring we respond quickly by identifying and removing blockers
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales
Strong expertise in selling business services to SMEs and large clients
Proven track record of prospecting, closing, and understanding client needs
Proven experience in managing a sales team
Strong leadership skills
Ability to motivate, mentor, and drive high performance
CRM expert (ideally with Salesforce experience)
Ability to leverage data to optimize team performance
Ability to analyze patterns and trends
Ability to translate insights into informed decisions and clear strategic recommendations
Effective communication in both English and Polish
Ability to build strong networks and develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Organized and process-driven
Strong knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and techniques
