Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the email outreach strategy for Snappr’s B2B offerings across multiple verticals
Develop, test, and optimize outbound email sequences using tools like Salesloft Clay AI
Create and manage email campaigns that align with sales funnel stages and business goals
Collaborate with product and other relevant teams to develop relevant messaging and segment-specific templates
Ensure email campaigns follow best practices, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability standards
Strategize, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Search and Display Networks, LinkedIn Ads, Account-Based Marketing platforms like RollWorks
Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives tailored for B2B audiences
Monitor performance metrics across paid channels
Build weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and marketing channel ROI
Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization across email and paid channels
Propose data-backed recommendations to improve campaign results and guide budget allocations
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email variations to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or paid media campaign management, preferably in SaaS or tech
Proven expertise with email and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach.io, HubSpot), advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and ABM tools (e.g., RollWorks)
Experience using analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker, or similar
Strong copywriting and content development skills, with an understanding of B2B buyer psychology
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and data-driven decision making
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with AI and automation tools for marketing optimization
