Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the email outreach strategy for Snappr’s B2B products, ensuring alignment with SLG and PLG motions
Develop, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns targeting eCommerce, real estate, and enterprise clients
Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Gong, Clay, Outreach.io, HubSpot) to personalize email sequences and improve efficiency
Work closely with SDRs and sales leadership to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance engagement
Analyze performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness
Ensure compliance with email best practices, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and deliverability standards
Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to craft high-value messaging and industry-specific email templates
Monitor trends in email marketing and sales automation to stay ahead of industry best practices
Requirements:
Excellent writer and strong communicator
English is a must for this role, we are looking for a C1 level
3-5 years of experience in email marketing, outbound sales, or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency in email automation tools (e.g., Outreach.io, HubSpot, Marketo, and Clay) and AI-driven optimization tools (e.g., Gong, ChatGPT, and Clearbit)
Strong copywriting and personalization skills with a focus on engagement and conversion
Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization based on performance data
Knowledge of sales and marketing alignment best practices, particularly in outbound prospecting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
