Job Description:

This job involves supervising guest services at Moxy Putrajaya and overseeing operations related to guest check-ins, requests, accounting processes, and training. The supervisor ensures adherence to quality standards, safety, and company policies while creating a welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins and verify guest identity
assign rooms and issue room keys
compile and review daily reports or logs
handle guest requests and follow up to ensure completion
train, evaluate, and coach employees
support team goals and address employee concerns
ensure adherence to quality standards
perform accounting duties such as balancing receipts and handling payments
maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
ensure personal appearance is professional
anticipate and address guest service needs
ensure safety and handle incidents as necessary

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
