Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
addressing guest requests
processing operational needs
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional personal appearance and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull up to 10 lbs without assistance)
completing other reasonable job duties as requested
