Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and objectives for the Cloud team
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure cloud solutions
  • Ensure alignment between team priorities and company objectives
  • Drive efficiency, automation, and innovation, optimizing cloud infrastructure and operations
  • Promote learning & development, ensuring team members grow professionally
  • Increase operational autonomy by sharing knowledge and empowering other teams to manage infrastructure-related tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or related fields, with a strong track record of designing and managing cloud-based infrastructure
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams in a technical environment
  • Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
  • Familiarity with programming in Python
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
