Job Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure supporting our structured finance products
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployment strategies
Ensure compliance with financial industry security, governance, and regulatory requirements
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure performance and reliability issues
Partner with development teams to enable secure, scalable, and efficient application deployments
Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and IAM
Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
Collaborate with InfoSec to maintain compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and other financial industry standards
Stay current with AWS innovations and trends to recommend improvements

Requirements

Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering efforts focused on cloud, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
A track record of contributing to long-term technical roadmaps and making thoughtful system-level tradeoffs
At least 8+ years of coding experience in languages such as Go, Java, or similar, with expertise in writing concurrent code
Strong experience designing distributed systems and utilizing concurrency primitives
Deep expertise in at least one infrastructure domain (e.g., compute, networking, storage) and familiarity with related domains
