Job Description:

Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems. Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms. Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary. Assist and instruct guests regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment.

Job Responsibility:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems
Oversee AV equipment set-up in banquet and meeting rooms
Ensure AV equipment is operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary
Label broken equipment and report problems to manager/supervisor
Tape down and dress loose wire and cable
Check delivered equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order
Assist and instruct guests regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
