Job Description:

A multi-award-winning AV integration specialist delivering bespoke smart home solutions to the Prime and Super Prime residential market. Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance visits and provide clear service reports.
  • Diagnose and resolve AV, network, and control system issues during service callouts.
  • Support small system upgrades and remedial works post-installation.
  • Work both independently and alongside other engineers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Liaise directly with clients, ensuring they receive professional and responsive support.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or managers when required.
  • Maintain accurate job notes, records, and documentation.
  • Ensure all service and maintenance work is completed to the highest standards, particularly in luxury residential environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Audio Visual systems, including: Crestron, Savant, Control4, or KNX
  • Multiroom AV distribution, cinema systems, and surround sound
  • Lighting and shading systems (Lutron/Crestron), with Lutron programming experience highly desirable
  • CCTV, video entry, and access control systems
  • Networking knowledge (VLANs, Domotz experience advantageous)
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with AV cabling and terminations.
  • Electrical knowledge advantageous.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literate and keen to learn new systems and technologies.
