Job Responsibility:
Deliver engaging training using classroom, online and practical methods
Plan and manage learning activity so apprentices progress on time
Build trusted relationships with apprentices and employers
Support wellbeing and safeguarding
Track progress accurately
Lead gateway reviews and support end point assessments
Step in early when someone is struggling
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high quality standards and compliance
Keep your own skills up to date
Requirements:
Experience in a relevant vocational or technical area
Hold or willing to work towards assessor or training qualifications
Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple learners
Communicate clearly and build trust quickly
Confident using digital systems to track progress and documentation
